1. Who operates the service

Photo Mask Cutter is operated by Semy WEB GbR (“Vemlee”, “we”, “us”). Our privacy contact is support@vemlee.com.

2. What Photo Mask Cutter does

Photo Mask Cutter lets you crop an image into a shape and export a transparent PNG. The web application is designed to process selected images locally in your browser.

3. Images and files

When you select, paste, drag, or drop an image, the image is processed in your browser using local browser APIs such as Canvas. We do not intentionally upload, receive, or store the image file on Vemlee servers through this application.

Generated PNG and ZIP files are created locally and downloaded to a location chosen by your browser. We cannot access those files unless you separately share them with us.

4. Information stored in your browser

The current version does not create an account or store uploaded images in your browser’s localStorage. Images selected for editing remain in the browser memory while you use the tool.

Clearing site data may remove ordinary cached application assets. It does not affect files you have already downloaded.

5. Technical access data

When the website is hosted online, the hosting and infrastructure providers may process ordinary technical request data such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser type, response status, and error information in server logs. The current Semy WEB web infrastructure uses rotating Nginx access and error logs configured for deletion within a maximum of 30 days, except where a longer period is required for a specific security investigation or legal obligation.

6. Analytics, advertising, and third parties

The current version does not intentionally include analytics, advertising SDKs, social tracking pixels, or third-party image-processing services. If these features or other external services are added, this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration must be updated before release.

7. Retention and deletion

Images processed by the current web workflow remain in the browser’s memory while the page is open and are released when the workflow or page no longer uses them. We do not maintain an image account or image library for this service.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service or the way it handles information changes. The “Last updated” date above will identify the latest version.
