1. Service

Photo Mask Cutter is a browser-based tool operated by Semy WEB GbR (“Vemlee”). It provides image cropping and export features as described in the application.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the service only in accordance with applicable law. You are responsible for the images you select and for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to edit and export them.

You must not use the service to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or to interfere with the service or its security.

3. Your content

The current version is designed to process images locally in your browser. You retain responsibility for your source images and exported files. Vemlee does not claim ownership of your images.

4. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, including shape presets and export options. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

5. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. You should keep your own copy of important source images and exports.
